• Resistance in the cold:  The film remains elastic even down to -40 ^oC.
• Excellent mechanical properties, high elongation, tensile and tear strength, high abrasion resistance.
• Good chemical resistance.
• Good water vapor barrier properties.
• Can be also used as a joint sealant.
