In this beautiful land, the luxurious Vista Vela residences are located in one of the Los Cabos’ best residential zones.

Project Requirements

ALCHIMICA Mexico participated in the construction and development of Vista vela residences for waterproofing and protection of the roofs of the residence complex. The project itself had specific requirements due to the complexity of the roofs and the special selection of application systems that would ensure the long performance of the project.

ALCHIMICA SOLUTIONS

Taking into consideration the complex architectural design of the roofs and the climatic conditions, our HYPERDESMO® concrete roof waterproofing system was selected and applied on the concrete roofs. The system included the priming of the surface and also the sealing of the roof joints with the HYPERSEAL sealants while the certified HYPERDESMO® waterproofing membrane was applied in 2 coats.

In addition, HYPERDESMO® the ultimate polyurethane technology waterproofed and protected further challenges and details in the complex roof shapes and installations such as air-conditioning units, pipe supports, antennas.

Moreover, the inclined substrates of specific roofs needed the for inverted roof waterproofing system solution based on HYPERDESMO®-PB-2K to offer an efficient thermal insulation system solution and extra permanent protection of the waterproofing membranes.
